About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Issue purchase orders in a timely manner
Communicate and follow up with suppliers on order status
Coordinate with suppliers and process purchase order changes
Resolve grievances and NCRs
Interpret contract terms and conditions
Utilize metrics and dashboards to ensure timely task completion
Facilitate supplier/subcontractor relationships, delivery requirements, and performance against contractual obligations
Develop, document, and implement process changes supporting company goals
Identify and implement improvements to streamline process flows
Work independently on routine problems and situations while following company and local policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Experience working with a procurement system
Experience working with suppliers and vendors
Available to work flexible hours, overtime and occasional weekends when necessary
3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
Experience working with ERPLN (preferred)
Experience of strategic sourcing objectives including supply base optimization, enterprise leveraging, supplier performance improvement and business considerations to develop the company's supplier base (preferred)
Experience building and using industry knowledge for planning and performance accomplishment, including knowledge of competition and strategic partners (preferred)
Experience in project leadership/management through all stages of the project life cycle (preferred)
Experience leading complex opportunity capture and problem solving (preferred)
Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
Must be a “US Person” under applicable U.S. export control requirements
