About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop plans for customer activities with appropriate supervision
- Execute logistics including badging, parking passes, transportation, rental car reservations, hotel reservations, catering, and tours
- Use company resources and vendor services to execute plans
- Implement logistics and business courtesies according to company policies, procedures, protocols, and U.S. and foreign government guidelines
- Make recommendations and revisions during visit preparation and maintenance
- Assist with logistics for business meetings, customer events, and deliveries at onsite or off-site locations
- Complete administrative tasks associated with coordinating visits, including timely invoice submission
- Compare invoice estimates with actuals to identify and report anomalies
- Prepare domestic and international shipments
- Track data and provide status reports for special events, deliveries, and customer engagements
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Negotiate and identify requirements and communicate them to key personnel
- Provide coverage when senior Customer Relations Specialists request assistance
- Provide coverage for coworkers who are out of the office
- Partner with Boeing Commercial Airplanes Customer Relations team members from other sites and locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ year experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel domestically as well as internationally
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 3+ year experience in a customer-facing role engaging with internal or external customers
- Successful candidates must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Must pass applicable post-offer drug and alcohol testing
- Must be able to work onsite at one of the listed location options
- Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
