About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- Manage resolution of HR inquiries and support managers with human resources issues
- Provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution
- Partner with senior leaders on engagement strategies to attract and retain talent in remote work locations
- Support and enhance the Remote Site Engagement Strategy through direct employee and manager contact
- Serve as an HR knowledge expert, consultant, coach and advisor
- Drive HR goals and objectives from a consistent, enterprise perspective
- Develop and execute strategies and plans for talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, organization optimization, performance and career development, and employee engagement
- Work with senior leaders and HR teammates across the distribution business
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of total related experience
- 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
- 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
- 1+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a “U.S. Person” under 22 C.F.R. §120.62
- Experience developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives that enhance organizational culture and drive workforce satisfaction
- Experience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisions
- Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- Experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines
- Experience resolving employee relations issues
