About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide engineering leadership to a team representing multiple skill areas, including internal and external resources, management, and customers
Develop statements of work to satisfy research and development, ongoing, and new business requirements
Respond to changes to statements of work and assess impacts on deliverables, resources, costs, and schedules
Lead project execution for quality, safety, and on-time delivery
Define risk mitigation and opportunity plans
Compare actual results to baseline plans to assess project performance, efficiency, productivity, and lessons learned
Identify performance metrics
Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for project plan development and execution
Coordinate across disciplines to drive F-15 Domestic project execution
Interact closely with Mission Systems, program managers, leadership, and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
Interim/Final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start required
Ability to obtain Special Program Access; U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to obtain U.S. export control compliance status as a “U.S. Person”
Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process
Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
Preferred: Active Security Clearance
Preferred: Earned Value Management experience
Preferred: Experience working with SAFe Agile software teams
Preferred: Experience working on Avionics systems
Preferred: Experience with fighter aircraft
