About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead analysts and directly support material/non-labor financials in Boeing Global Services–Government portfolio
Enable successful analysis of contract Bills of Material
Support procurement, budgeting, and internal and government reporting
Develop estimates to complete (ETCs) and estimates at completion (EACs)
Support Earned Value Management (EVM) activities
Work across Program Finance, Material Estimating, Procurement Financial Analyst, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management functions
Integrate data and report up and outward
Lead a diverse team of early- and mid-career analysts, overseeing technical decisions, first-pass quality, and timeliness
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
Oversee EACs, variance analyses, cost and schedule trends
Ensure compliance with Boeing and governmental financial regulations and support audits
Oversee cost baselines using EVM and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Make strategic financial performance recommendations to management
Manage, develop, and motivate employees, including new hires, mid-career, and lead analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
5+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field (preferred)
10+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting (preferred)
1+ years of experience leading projects and/or teams (preferred)
U.S. Person status required under U.S. export control regulations
Successful completion of Boeing First-Line Leader Assessment required
Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process
