About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, compile, manipulate, and document source data to support resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs)
  • Develop and maintain cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Run weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and prepare variance analyses
  • Support business case development using appropriate indices and accurate data analysis
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to cost and performance measurement
  • Ensure compliance with Boeing and governmental financial regulations, policies, procedures, processes, systems, and tools
  • Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections
  • Train, mentor, and review junior analysts’ work through peer reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
  • U.S. Person status required for export control compliance
  • Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process
  • Master’s Degree or higher preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) preferred
  • 1+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EACs) preferred
  • 3+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities preferred
  • 3+ years of experience managing financial results of a program, including profit and loss analysis preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain “why” and communicate virtually and in-person
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverables
  • Ability to communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • Security clearance is not required
