About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary BGS contact for issues identified by BCA partners, including the Fleet Chief Office, In-Service Supply Chain, engineering, and customer support
  • Analyze post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
  • Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer material, delivery requirements, and customer orders
  • Analyze supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities, capacity, and performance
  • Project-manage fleet-wide issues involving short- and long-term challenges requiring BGS supply chain support without an existing plan
  • Act as a BGS subject matter expert on fleet supportability and direct issues to the correct team
  • Identify supportability issues through fleet, engineering, service bulletin, AOG/sales, and supply-chain health indicators
  • Own development and project management of rollouts through final execution
  • Define metrics and tracking mechanisms
  • Define support plans and complete paths to execution
  • Establish stakeholders, action owners, and communication rhythm

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ Years of experience in Supply Chain
  • 3+ Years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience with SAP (preferred)
  • Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
  • Must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
