About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather system-level requirements for guidance, navigation, and control sustainment
  • Perform and document analysis of GNC systems, simulations, models, and tools
  • Support reviews, analyses, simulations, and component/system testing
  • Support testing and troubleshooting of sustainment-related product/service anomalies and incidents
  • Participate in Minuteman III Guidance efforts to sustain or surpass End of Life
  • Work under direction of senior engineers, under general direction, or independently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • Level 2: 2+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
  • Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
  • Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
  • Experience or coursework in control systems or guidance, navigation, and control system design
  • Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process
  • U.S. Person required for U.S. export control compliance
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required for the clearance
  • Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance required post-start
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense
