About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather system-level requirements for guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) sustainment requirements definition
- Perform and document analysis of GNC systems, simulations, models, and tools
- Support reviews, analyses, simulations, and component/system testing
- Ensure delivery of products meeting or exceeding customer requirements and expectations
- Support testing and troubleshooting of sustainment-related product/service anomalies and incidents
- Participate in Minuteman III Guidance efforts to sustain or surpass End of Life (EOL)
- Work under direction of senior engineers, under general direction, or independently
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Level 2: 2+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
- Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
- Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education
- Experience or coursework in control systems or guidance, navigation, and control system design
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Must live in the immediate area or relocate at own expense
- U.S. Person required for U.S. export control compliance
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required by the U.S. Government
- Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance required post-start
- Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
