About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate the end-to-end processing of public information release requests
  • Collaborate daily with functional and business stakeholders to review and disposition release requests
  • Consult daily with employees seeking approval for release of information
  • Ensure functional reviews are completed
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and propose improvements
  • Identify awareness opportunities and create and provide responsive training
  • Solicit user feedback, assess and respond accordingly
  • Support additional Boeing Intellectual Property activities as required
  • Collaborate and communicate with employees and leaders across Boeing’s functions, global locations, and Business Units to protect Boeing intellectual property

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years’ experience coordinating activities with multiple groups or organizations
  • Experience in Intellectual Property (IP) policies and procedures
  • Experience developing, contributing, and/or maintaining processes, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to lead an integrated team through personal influence without direct-line authority
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • U.S. Person required for U.S. export control compliance; includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
