About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage Enterprise Standard Gated Process (ESGP) on multiple programs
  • Support Program Start Up and Earned Value Management (EVM) execution across multiple programs
  • Provide Program Management Best Practice (PMBP) guidance and support across multiple programs
  • Support Rate Change Readiness (RCR) and Work Movement across multiple programs
  • Support implementation of Integrated Product Teams (IPT) across multiple programs
  • Facilitate integration of project plans, schedules, change and baseline management, and industry best practices
  • Coordinate commitments and communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage the program management community through workshops, forums, and training
  • Represent senior management as required to communicate functional policy, strategy, and direction
  • Liaise with Enterprise, Industry, and Academic program management thought leaders to import best practices and shape the function’s future

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required by the U.S. Government
  • Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance required post-start
  • U.S. Person status required for U.S. export control compliance
  • Experience leading or managing process improvement projects
  • Experience building and presenting plans or recommendations to executive leadership
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
  • Experience analyzing data and developing metrics to track “performance to plan” for a business/organization
  • Experience with Program Management Best Practices
  • Experience with the Enterprise Standard Gated Process
  • 10+ years of experience with end-to-end project/program management
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Experience with the ESGP Online Tool preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification preferred or in work
  • No employment visa sponsorship available
