About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with management and employees to initiate and facilitate interactive discussions regarding medical restrictions and qualifications
  • Identify crucial job functions, reasonable accommodations, reassignment processes, and potential outcomes
  • Work with third-party administrators and Workers' Compensation Administrators to assist with detailed claims management
  • Perform analysis to ensure consistent placement decisions
  • Facilitate employees' return to work
  • Document, maintain, and extract employee case information while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Provide early intervention to injured or ill employees to prevent time loss from work
  • Support Berkeley site Operations Customers, with occasional travel supporting Saint Charles, MO and Mascoutah, IL
  • Collaborate with Boeing Health Services, Workers' Compensation Administrator, third-party administrators, Accommodation Services, and Environmental Health and Safety

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in Worker’s Compensation, Vocational Rehabilitation, Disability Management, Reasonable Accommodation, work-related injuries, or Return to Work Programs
  • Capable of working any shift
  • U.S. Person status required for U.S. export control compliance
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance required post-start
  • U.S. Citizenship required for the security clearance
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • Successful completion of the Company's Conflict of Interest assessment process
  • Post-offer testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
  • Experience with medical confidentiality is preferred
  • Experience administering reasonable accommodation processes and disability-related laws, policies, and regulations is preferred
  • Experience with government laws and regulations is preferred
