About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a liaison between business functions, IT, and related organizations to align priorities and business objectives
- Educate business partners on IT service offerings
- Partner with business stakeholders to define needs, engage the right IT resources, and deliver effective solutions with first-time quality
- Develop and manage communication plans, including leadership and stakeholder status updates
- Identify risks and impacts, and coordinate mitigation plans and commitment changes with business partners
- Provide input and lessons learned to improve IT processes, tools, and quality management practices
- Track funding, spending, and affordability for assigned business units or functions
- Lead and collaborate with partner and government IT teams to deploy and maintain systems at multiple work locations
- Support active campaigns, optimize IT costs, and ensure solutions are secure and compliant
- Build a strategic vision for the program while managing day-to-day tasks and issues
- Role is contingent upon program award
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
- 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
- 3+ years of experience supporting technologies and business
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Experience with defense products and services preferred
- Experience fulfilling and enabling requests preferred
- Experience documenting requirements for Future Production Systems and digital transformation initiatives, including high-priority focus areas preferred
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required; U.S. Citizenship required
