Key responsibilities & impact

Review the Minuteman Weapon System daily to evaluate and document Launch Facility Activity Data in the Performance Assessment Data System (PADs)
Coordinate and assist Technical Engineering with guidance system troubleshooting
Coordinate placement and parameter setting of Communication Equipment Interface Units (CEIMinutU) for Air Force test data collection
Assist missile maintenance personnel in obtaining access to PADs and train them on interpreting PADs data
Interface with Boeing analysts and the Boeing depot on behalf of the wing maintenance organization
Administer the wing’s Data Collector workstation to keep data flowing from missiles to the PADs database
Apply monthly Windows patching to primary and standby workstations
Coordinate with local communications groups on PADs deployment and maintenance efforts
Complete initial and recurring Guidance System Training on Minuteman III ICBM and PADs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Level 3: Typically, 5 or more years' related work experience
3+ years’ experience with Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) systems
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; an interim or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
U.S. Citizenship required for the U.S. Security Clearance
U.S. Person required for U.S. export control compliance
Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
Level 4: Typically, 9 or more years' related work experience
Minuteman III maintenance experience preferred
Experience in computing and network infrastructure preferred
Familiarity with Oracle database applications preferred
Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense
Domestic travel may be required up to 10% of the time
Advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) or equivalent combination of technical education and experience, as described for the applicable level
