About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead teams on innovative development projects across systems engineering, including design, build, deployment, operations, and maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance; a U.S. Security Clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active
  • 10+ years minimum of related experience
  • Experience leading people in a technical environment as a team lead or manager
  • Experience communicating with senior managers and executives, customers, business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and government representatives
  • Willingness and ability to relocate at own expense if not within commuting distance of a listed location
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or directly related non-U.S. equivalent qualification
  • U.S. Person status required for U.S. export control compliance
  • U.S. citizenship required for the active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest assessment process
