About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for program and/or project requirements
  • Perform trend, variance, impact, and risk analyses to determine impacts and constraints
  • Create schedules, reports, metrics, and change activity; communicate and update plans throughout the program or project lifecycle
  • Improve project management processes and business systems and implement best practices
  • Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
  • Act as primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and project objectives
  • Assist customers in developing performance recovery plans
  • Ensure project control systems support ongoing stakeholder support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in a role requiring project scheduling / program management skills
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience building schedules from scratch
  • Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau, Smartsheet or other business intelligence systems
  • Experience conducting data analysis with Excel
  • Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology
  • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Current legal authorisation to work immediately in the UK
  • Boeing will not attempt to obtain immigration and labour sponsorship
  • No Security Clearance required
