About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements for early quality involvement
  • Prepare and maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics
  • Analyze process data, metrics, models, and flows to identify root causes
  • Develop preventive or corrective actions with stakeholders
  • Research, compile, and analyze performance reports and process control statistics
  • Conduct supplier quality source selection and process reviews
  • Conduct hardware, software, and system-level audits
  • Analyze data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts, and equipment
  • Work under general direction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of aircraft maintenance or modification experience
  • 5+ years of experience with Quality Systems
  • Ability to travel up to 1 year assignments
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • Minimum 3 years FA-18EF experience with U.S. Navy maintenance programs (preferred)
  • Organizational level maintenance experience (preferred)
