Key responsibilities & impact

Review proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements for early quality involvement
Prepare and maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics
Deploy program, contract, customer, regulatory, international standards, and working agreement requirements
Analyze process data, metrics, models, and flows to identify root causes
Develop preventive or corrective actions with stakeholders and support implementation
Research, compile, and analyze performance reports and process control statistics
Continuously improve process capability
Conduct supplier quality source selection and process reviews
Develop coordinated responses for management review and approval
Conduct hardware, software, and system-level audits
Report audit results to management
Analyze data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts, and equipment
Work under general direction

What you’ll need

5+ years of aircraft maintenance or modification experience
5+ years of experience with Quality Systems
Ability to travel up to 1 year assignments
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required
U.S. Citizenship required
U.S. Security Clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active
Minimum 3 years of P-8A experience with U.S. Navy maintenance programs preferred
Organizational level maintenance experience preferred
Must be willing to undergo post-offer testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria are met
