About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help lead DevSecOps teams in a cloud environment
  • Focus on cloud migrations, cloud optimization, and cloud-first releases for Special Access Programs
  • Assist with development of project requirements
  • Assist management in aligning resources for daily operations
  • Communicate and execute product strategy and vision
  • Identify and monitor KPIs to focus team priorities
  • Own and continuously groom the feature backlog
  • Ensure use of Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code for application setup
  • Champion continuous improvement in Agile processes, tooling, and team collaboration
  • Collaborate with Architects on modernization efforts, software integrations, and cloud architecture alignment
  • Lead and guide Agile teams delivering modernization features involving COTS software solutions
  • Oversee and coordinate application release processes to Production environments
  • Use Agile tools such as Jira for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination
  • Monitor progress, surface blockers, and facilitate cross-functional resolution
  • Support demos, stakeholder reviews, and Agile ceremonies
  • Coordinate modernization milestones and release schedules
  • Use project planning and release management tools to track deliverables and resource allocation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • 3+ years of experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.) and agile project management tools (JIRA, TFS, VersionOne, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience as a product owner and/or product manager in agile development
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile software development lifecycle
  • 1+ years of experience in a cloud computing environment, e.g. Azure/AWS/Google Cloud
  • 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
  • Experience with configuring COTS applications on Cloud environment
  • Experience communicating with senior leadership
  • Experience with risk management and problem-solving in high-pressure environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Current Agile Certifications (PMI-ACP, CPSO, Safe Product Owner, etc.) preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62
  • Must have an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance; a clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active
  • U.S. Citizenship required
