About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage a team supporting Proprietary, Autonomous & Maritime Programs
- Serve as SI&WS PLM Project leader for deployment of IPDM in El Segundo
- Collaborate with Program, IT, Enterprise PLM, and Siemens teams
- Develop and implement organizational and technical strategies to improve team, process, and tool performance
- Provide education, coaching, and guidance on PLM processes and tools
- Advocate for site and division needs with Enterprise PLM and IT teams
- Manage relationships with internal and external suppliers, customers, and stakeholders
- Oversee process documentation and compliance with engineering data standards and export control regulations
- Lead process improvement initiatives to minimize disruptions and improve operational efficiency
- Apply problem-solving, data analysis, and evidence-based decision-making skills daily
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 11+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a managerial role
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Configuration Management systems, Change Management, and PLM Processes and Tools
- Working knowledge of U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Sanctions Controls
- Experience with teaming and collaboration in geographically dispersed cross-functional and matrix teams
- Strong planning, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest assessment process
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements and qualify as a “U.S. Person”
- Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required by the U.S. Government
- Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start is required
