Key responsibilities & impact

Support program and portfolio scheduling initiatives for Proprietary Space Intelligence & Weapon Systems programs
Develop proposal plans and schedules
Baseline execution schedules and maintain in-work schedules
Perform critical path analysis and what-if planning
Support Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) Format 6 deliverables
Develop initial planning products, including IMP, WBS, Master Phasing Schedule, and High-Level Flows
Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
Develop and maintain lower-level schedules
Manage baseline and forecast schedule changes
Lead key program initiatives to improve program execution
Serve as schedule lead with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Integrate the IMS with IMP, Master Phasing Plan, Critical Path Analysis, High-Level Flow, and detailed schedules
Assess schedule risk, identify opportunities, and provide performance reporting
Integrate supplier and partner plans and schedules into the IMS
Generate schedule performance analyses, recovery plans, alternate scenarios, and schedule visualizations
Provide training, coaching, mentoring, and leadership to lower-level employees
Develop, implement, and train others on processes and tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or higher
5+ years’ experience in program or project management
5+ years’ experience using integrated scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, or Primavera
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) applying DFARS requirements
Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
U.S. Citizenship required
U.S. Person status required for export control compliance
Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
Preferred: experience modeling complex development programs across multiple platforms, suppliers, and customer resources
Preferred: experience using Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan Professional, Milestones Professional, and JIRA
Preferred: experience managing and analyzing resource-loaded schedules
Preferred: Project Management Certification (PMP) or understanding of PMBOK principles/relevant coursework
Preferred: strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
