About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead preparation, development and coordination of integrated program plans and schedules
  • Analyze program schedule data to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement and program initiatives
  • Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation plans
  • Develop and establish lead time requirements and performance recovery plans
  • Facilitate integration of project/program plans, schedule changes and baseline management
  • Serve as the primary contact for establishing key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 3+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office Applications
  • 3+ years’ experience working with OPP Professional
  • 5+ years' experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines
  • 5+ years' experience working cross-functional team projects and initiatives
  • Experience working on DoD programs
  • Successful candidates must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements and be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62
  • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required by the U.S. Government
  • An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
