About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and other IT groups and organizations
Serve as an effective liaison between business teams and Boeing and Dell IT teams supporting St. Louis programs
Work with IT design teams to develop technical solutions supporting business needs
Guide solutions through funding and procurement processes, implementation, and business team acceptance
Work with production teams on the floors to resolve IT issues
Implement IT solutions to improve and increase production capabilities
Apply critical thinking and innovative problem solving
Serve as the primary IT Business Partner supporting Boeing Defense, Space & Security, with a focus on Air Dominance and IT support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or Business Information Systems
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
10+ years of experience with Information Technology Project Management
5+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against to ensure high quality delivery
U.S. Person required for U.S. export control compliance
Interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start required
Masters Degree in Information Technology Management, Information Security, or other Computer Science-related field preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Cloud Computing Architectural Design and Implementation preferred
Earned Value Management experience preferred
Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
