About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the BGS Supply Chain Enablement team(s) supporting BGS-G Supply Chain enablement organizations
Oversee ERP business sustainment, ERP business processes, change management, and training
Identify and deploy measurable process improvements across BGS-G Supply Chain to drive scale and efficiency
Provide project management expertise and oversight for deployment of new Government Services Supply Chain capabilities, technologies, and processes
Integrate with the BGS Government Services P&L and supporting supply chain functions to align investments and priorities
Collaborate with IT to identify and deploy opportunities for increased technology integration and utilization
Champion change and transformational initiatives related to operational excellence, business systems, and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience leading or managing projects involving cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
5+ years of experience implementing lean principles or continuous process improvement initiatives
Proven track record in effective development and implementation of vision and strategy
Strong integration skills
Experience working with Boeing Supply Chain tools and processes
Bachelor's degree or higher (or foreign equivalent) preferred
10+ years of experience in supply chain for a global organization preferred
Demonstrated ability to create shared vision and translate into strategy implementation
Experience leading culture and organizational transformation
Strong natural leadership style that moves people to act, motivates and inspires excellence and innovation
Ability to quickly make sense of complex issues and respond effectively to complex and ambiguous situations
Ability to communicate complicated information simply
