About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Home Office Master Production Scheduling & Fabrication Tool & Process team
  • Lead MMAS and DPAS compliance for BDS Program Management and Master Production Scheduling
  • Develop employees and provide people leadership
  • Coordinate MMAS and DPAS compliance issues and resolution with DCMA Earned Value Center and Boeing Financial Analysis compliance teams
  • Support and guide BDS programs in developing Corrective Action Requests and Corrective Action Plans
  • Oversee maintenance and reporting of MMAS and DPAS compliance testing, surveillance, and CAR/CAP closure for BDS programs with earned value reporting requirements
  • Advise BDS leadership, program managers, functional managers, and program teams on compliant execution strategies
  • Serve as BDS Master Scheduling & Fabrication Practice Leader
  • Monitor schedule quality metrics at the BDS portfolio level
  • Maintain process compliance and scheduling practice effectiveness
  • Maintain Command Media for Master Scheduling & Fabrication, MMAS, and DPAS
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver Master Scheduling & Fabrication tool and process training
  • Administer training data access and servers
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including DCMA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Master Production Scheduling & Fabrication, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines
  • 5+ years of experience using Production Scheduling tools such as BRAIDSS, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, Aurora, or a similar tool
  • 5+ years of experience with MMAS and DPAS
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing a cross-functional team
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required for the U.S. Security Clearance
  • Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance required post-start
  • Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process
  • Must live in the immediate area or relocate at own expense
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements and qualify as a U.S. Person
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • 1st shift
  • Some travel may be required, up to 25% of the time
  • Drug testing may apply under company policy
