About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the Consumables & Expendables Exclusives Integrated Product Team within Boeing Global Services Parts and Distribution
  • Manage multiple complex projects by establishing key metrics and standardized processes to measure performance and drive efficiencies
  • Oversee and execute contracts across diverse product lines spanning Commercial, BAGA and Defense aftermarket segments
  • Develop portfolio strategy and product line expansion with key OEM/Supplier Partners
  • Set short- and long-term product strategies and evaluate sales and marketing initiatives
  • Lead SIOP strategies to maximize investments, mitigate risks and improve business outcomes
  • Support the Long Range Business Plan process and deliver portfolio financial targets across revenue, margin, operating earnings and cash
  • Provide people and team leadership across a multi-site team, including recruiting, mentoring, skill development, evaluation, internal training and talent management
  • Work with cross-functional teams and executive leadership in a matrix organization
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively and present to senior and executive leadership audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Product or Program Management within aerospace parts and distribution
  • Previous experience in managing/leading larger teams
  • 5+ years of experience in aviation, aerospace and/or defense industry
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally up to 30% of the time
  • Strong business and finance acumen
  • Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • U.S. Person required to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • MBA highly desired
