About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as subject matter expert for U.S. immigration programs and advise on visa, work authorization, and compliance matters
  • Manage immigration and relocation cases end to end, including offer and pre-hire assessment, visa processing, extensions, renewals, permanent residency, H-1B, O-1, J-1, TN, E-3, L-1, F-1 OPT/STEM, PERM, and LCAs
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, hiring managers, Legal, external immigration counsel, and stakeholders on immigration strategies
  • Provide employees and business stakeholders with clear guidance on immigration requirements, processes, timelines, and impacts
  • Monitor case timelines, statuses, extensions, filings, and required actions
  • Review petitions, filings, documentation, invoices, and related materials for accuracy, completeness, and cost management
  • Identify and resolve immigration risks, including RFEs, audits, escalations, and specialized matters
  • Maintain immigration records, case systems, reporting, compliance documentation, and audit-ready files
  • Monitor U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and policies and translate changes into actionable guidance
  • Develop scalable processes, standard operating procedures, knowledge resources, and internal education
  • Monitor third-party provider performance and improve service quality, efficiency, and employee experience
  • Analyze processes, metrics, feedback, and business needs for continuous program improvement
  • Collaborate across Global Mobility, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, and other organizations
  • Manage concurrent cases and priorities with speed, accuracy, responsiveness, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management, tracking, and reporting systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in Global Mobility or a related service
  • 5+ years of experience with mobility industry
  • 5+ years of direct immigration experience
  • U.S. Person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62, including U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Relevant mobility or relocation certifications (GMS, CRP) preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and immigration case management, tracking, and reporting systems
  • Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process
  • Subject to post-offer drug and alcohol testing when criteria are met
  • Not a safety-sensitive position
  • No security clearance required
