About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as workload manager for consultation requests submitted through ServiceNow, email, shoulder taps, and other channels
  • Gather customer feedback on processes and improve request completion time
  • Incorporate feedback into daily activities using Agile methodology or Product Lifecycle Management processes
  • Consult with end-users to gather requirements and assess whether existing solutions meet needs
  • Prioritize requests to design, test, and implement solutions
  • Work with product suppliers on enhancements and issues not resolved in-house
  • Select computing products and methods meeting security, problem management, capacity/performance management, and operational management requirements
  • Serve as single point of contact for Voice Services
  • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Document and prioritize business requirements for non-standard voice service requests
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and acceptance criteria
  • Define and maintain asset management standards for voice infrastructure hardware, including servers
  • Review compliance criteria and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain infrastructure compliance
  • Establish KPIs and SLAs for service quality, availability, and affordability
  • Report status and trends to stakeholders and leadership
  • Facilitate technical review boards, stewardship councils, and working groups
  • Drive standards and policies
  • Advocate for continuous improvement, process improvement, and automation opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience partnering directly with product, platform, engineering, or technical operations teams to self-evaluate within delivery environments
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • 5+ years of experience gathering and analyzing date
  • Experience in asset management
  • 10+ years’ experience as a data or business analyst
  • 10+ years’ experience in Networking (Cisco and Arista)
  • 10+ years’ experience in Telecommunications in an engineering role (IP and TDM; specifically; Cisco UCM, Cisco Unity, Nortel, and Avaya)
  • 5+ years’ experience deploying TSG standard solutions within classified areas
  • 5+ years’ experience with unclassified telecommunications in classified areas
  • 5+ years’ experience with encrypted communications devices in classified areas
  • Experience with various software tools (M365, MS Azure Devops, ServiceNow, CUCM administration, NetPlus administration)
  • Experience presenting complex data topics to business partners/stakeholders and technical audiences
  • Experience creating procedure documentation for customized processes
  • Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a “U.S. Person” under 22 C.F.R. §120.62
