About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, organize, and implement requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunities, and technology readiness
  • Plan, design, and develop system requirements using an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach
  • Resolve cross-functional technical issues
  • Evaluate customer and operational needs to define system performance requirements and integrate technical parameters and interfaces
  • Perform analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, system security, regulatory compliance, certification, product assurance, and quality factors
  • Write requirements and interface control documents for ground systems
  • Support ConOps development and product design, development, and testing
  • Work with engineers using a scaled agile development process
  • Engage in model-based systems engineering
  • Support requirements, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes
  • Develop innovative solutions to technical challenges and support systems with automation and modern tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • Level 3: Typically, 5 or more years' related work experience
  • Active Top Secret US Security Clearance, or qualifying Tier 5 investigation completed within the past 5 years, or agreement to enter a Continuous Vetting program
  • U.S. citizenship required for the active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a U.S. Person
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest assessment process
