About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and drive the vision, roadmap, and priorities for Enterprise data and analytics products
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver product releases
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through launch and iteration
- Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning to ensure timely feature delivery
- Establish and monitor KPIs for program delivery milestones, earned value management, risks, and dependencies
- Lead product investment decisions, budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships
- Drive alignment through product reviews and executive showcases with Vice Presidents and senior leaders
- Ensure delivery of scalable data platforms, governed data products, AI, and BI solutions
- Lead adoption of data platforms, tools, and analytics practices through change management
- Manage risks related to data availability, quality, and architecture
- Identify innovation and new product opportunities based on market trends and customer needs
- Foster knowledge sharing through Centers of Excellence and Communities of Practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience with technical product management
- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives and stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience with cloud-platform technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- U.S. Person status required under U.S. export control compliance requirements
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict Of Interest assessment process
- Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
- Current PMP or PgMP certifications preferred
- Current Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
- Current cloud certification preferred
- Experience with data ecosystems preferred
- 10 or more years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
