  • Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • - 5+ years of experience working in Material Management Services (MMS) or Supply Chain
  • - 5+ years of experience in identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams
  • - 3+ years’ experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP and/or Salesforce
  • - Must be willing and able to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
  • Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • - Level 4: 9+ years of experience working in Material Management Services (MMS) or Supply Chain
  • - 9+ years of experience in identifying and communicating business requirements with cross-functional and/or cross-business teams
  • - 6+ years’ experience with ERP and CRM systems, such as SAP and/or Salesforce
  • - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • - Previous experience working urgent requirements with the BGS Organization
  • - Experience in implementing process improvements and an applied understanding of LEAN practices (e.g. Six Sigma)
  • - Experience applying effective verbal and written communications skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, form and style, proof reading and editing skills
  • - Must have high attention to detail, be a self-starter, and results driven
  • - Experience in aerospace support, supply chain management, and logistics planning
  • - Basic proficiency in aerospace industry knowledge
  • - Creative problem solving skills
  • - Basic technical and engineering background
  • - Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Summary Pay Range:
  • Level 3: $96,050 - $113,000
  • Level 4: $120,700 - $142,000
