About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee all F-15 and T-7 provisioning requirements, activities and project initiatives
- Determine the range and quantity of support items required to operate and maintain end item deliverables
- Analyze engineering source data to identify and recommend spare and repair part requirements
- Provide analytical insights to identify inventory requirements for the customer
- Ensure provisioning decisions support initial delivery and ongoing life cycle demands
- Formulate recommendations for spare and replacement parts at the appropriate level
- Assist in establishing stocking requirements
- Lead the analysis of engineering data and perform top-down breakdowns of provisioned items
- Oversee gathering, preparation and analysis of technical data for support products across the product life cycle
- Engage directly with key stakeholders and support sustainment initiatives for USAF T-7 and F-15 programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment
- 10+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- 1+ years of experience working in a structured logistics database such as SLICWave or PowerlogJ
- Experience leading projects and people
- Proficient in interpreting and utilizing 3D and 2D engineering and technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- U.S. Person status required under U.S. export control compliance requirements
- Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
- Successful candidates must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Must be willing to work onsite
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Preferred: Experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) knowledge and product support
- Preferred: Experience working with or supporting military aircraft
- Preferred: Experience with Program Management Best Practices
