Key responsibilities & impact

Lead an impactful team across systems engineering activities including design, build, deployment, operations, and maintenance
Lead development of architecture, requirements, and design
Direct multidisciplinary engineering teams on innovative development projects
Provide oversight of engineering activities to ensure process discipline, technical requirements adherence, and program commitments
Navigate complex system architecture development with multiple stakeholders
Ensure modern best practices across programs and product lines for development and integration
Communicate risks and recommend mitigations to technical teams and program leadership
Contribute to strategy, product roadmaps, and technology plans for end-to-end mission integration, space operations, and ground architecture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance; a U.S. security clearance active within the past 24 months is considered active
10+ years minimum of related experience
Experience leading people in a technical environment as a team lead or manager
Experience communicating with senior managers and executives, customers, business partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and government representatives
Willingness and ability to relocate at own expense if not within commuting distance of a listed location
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or directly related non-US equivalent qualification
U.S. Person status required for U.S. export control compliance
U.S. citizenship required for the active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance
