About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end delivery of physical security technology projects across global sites
Define project scope, track budgets, create schedules, evaluate vendor bids, oversee installations, and manage final testing and commissioning
Oversee deployment of access control, CCTV/video management, intrusion detection, intercom, and visitor management systems
Supervise security integrators, field technicians, electrical trades, and construction trades
Represent physical security in Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings
Coordinate with Real Estate, Workplace, Corporate Engineering, AV, and Information Security teams
Direct device QA, system testing, sign-offs, and handover activities
Maintain project archives, including floorplans, single-line diagrams, RFI submittals, warranties, and design packages
Track project budgets and performance metrics, manage scope changes, and report project status to physical security leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years managing physical security deployments from design through commissioning
Direct coordination of field technicians, construction trades, or vendor teams
Hands-on familiarity with enterprise access control, CCTV, and intrusion platforms, including Lenel, Avigilon, Genetec, CCure, S2, or Milestone
Ability to read, interpret, and mark up CAD/PDF drawings, security elevation layouts, and schematic drawings
Up to 25% domestic and international travel
Flexibility for off-hours support as project schedules dictate
SIA Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
