Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of marketing/advertising experience in an agency setting
  • 8+ years relevant work experience across Digital, creative, paid media, marketing automation and connected digital experiences, with a heavy emphasis and interest in the integrated digital strategy required to execute in these channels
  • Passion for learning the client’s business, including company business goals and objectives, products, markets, brand positioning, competitive landscape, industry, distribution, etc.
  • Strong storytelling and overall PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Ability to understand data and reporting and provide summaries and insights to clients
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, customer journeys, and omnichannel campaign execution
  • Ability to anticipate, plan and prioritize to manage the workload effectively and efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to diplomatically handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced creative environment with a “can-do” attitude
  • Leadership skills and the desire to mentor
