About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide legal advice to the company’s various business areas.
- Draft legal opinions and monitor contentious, pre-contentious, and administrative offence proceedings.
- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial, civil, and administrative contracts.
- Provide legal support for licensing procedures and relations with public authorities.
- Provide legal support for the company’s investment, expansion, and development projects.
- Manage matters relating to real estate assets and easements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate obligations and the maintenance of the relevant registrations.
- Support compliance, data protection, risk management, and governance matters.
- Participate in identifying and mitigating legal risks to the business.
- Work with external lawyers whenever necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Knowledge of planning and licensing law.
- Knowledge of administrative law and environmental law is an advantage.
- Knowledge of data protection (GDPR).
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of ethics, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills.
