About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and control post-sales quality documentation for in-house and purchased product lines
  • Monitor customer quality KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Manage corrective actions with customers and suppliers (8D / PSS / A3), ensuring effectiveness and timely completion
  • Ensure the implementation of customer quality requirements at Böllhoff
  • Participate in customer audits and technical assessments
  • Act as an interface with internal departments (production, manufacturing, procurement, and product engineering)
  • Support continuous improvement projects and initiatives to reduce the cost of poor quality
  • Provide support to customers and suppliers within the scope of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS and EMS)
  • Serve as a technical liaison with other Böllhoff locations in Brazil and abroad
  • Analyze statistical quality records and propose preventive and corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience handling customer complaints in a metalworking or automotive company
  • Knowledge of PPAP and MASP / 8D methodologies
  • Intermediate English proficiency (for meetings and technical communications with customers and international locations)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Availability to travel and work on-site at customer locations
  • Preferred: experience working on-site or semi-resident at a customer location
  • Preferred: knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive requirements
