About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Bolt Insight’s events calendar, including industry conferences, digital webinars, client roundtables and Bolt Summit series
- Manage event logistics, including venue sourcing, supplier management, budgets, run-of-show, on-site coordination and post-event wrap-up
- Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to align events with pipeline goals, brand positioning and audience growth targets
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, sponsors, speakers and vendors globally
- Coordinate event content, agendas, speaker briefs and supporting materials with internal subject matter experts
- Track and report event performance, including attendance, engagement, lead generation and ROI
- Manage multiple projects, stakeholders and timelines
- Improve event formats, processes and tooling to enhance delegate experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–4 years of experience in events management, ideally with exposure to international or global events
- Proven ability to manage events end-to-end with minimal oversight, from initial brief through post-event reporting
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to juggle competing priorities under pressure
- Experience with in-person and virtual/hybrid event formats
- Ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and senior speakers
- Commercial awareness of brand visibility, audience engagement and revenue generation
- Proficiency with standard event and project management tooling
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms such as HubSpot is a plus
- Proactive, solutions-first mindset and ownership mentality
