About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage customers in Germany, Austria, and across Europe
  • Actively support internal and external customers in German and English
  • Process orders in SAP, including order entry and tracking, scheduling, shipment tracking, and complaint management
  • Support the review of shipments to ensure hazardous-goods information is accurate
  • Coordinate the logistics of orders with warehouse operations and freight scheduling
  • Serve as the central communication interface between customers, Sales, Demand Management, and Logistics
  • Manage documents
  • Work as part of a large order management team and report to the Order Management Team Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training in a commercial or logistics-related field preferred
  • Relevant experience in order processing at an international company, preferably in the consumer goods industry, preferred
  • Initial experience shipping dangerous goods in accordance with ADR
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • SAP experience
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
