About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute product category strategies and product roadmaps aligned with commercial objectives and local market opportunities
  • Drive product introductions and revenue growth within existing categories through go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and POS strategies
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and support data-driven decision-making
  • Serve as the product expert and share product knowledge across local and corporate cross-functional teams
  • Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to shape product improvements and future actions
  • Manage product marketing in Belgium and ensure commercial targets are met
  • Manage the product lifecycle effectively
  • Report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with colleagues in Belgium, the Netherlands, and at European/corporate level

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Demonstrable experience as a Brand Manager, Product Manager, or in a comparable role, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with go-to-market and POS strategies
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, spoken and written
  • French is a plus
  • Ability to work 39 hours per week during standard business hours
