About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor product quality and compliance with internal standards and external regulations for internal or outsourced productions
- Review and update quality documentation, including procedures and records related to ISO 9001
- Track and analyze quality KPIs and contribute to reports on supplier and plant performance
- Participate in internal audits and support preparation for certification processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement of quality processes
- Contribute to training activities and help ensure procedures are properly communicated and followed
- Work closely with the QA Manager and QA Technicians to monitor and assure quality and compliance of raw materials, packaging materials, and products
Requirements
What you’ll need- University student or recent graduate in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or related fields
- Interest in Quality Assurance, Home & Personal Care products, and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English
- Good level of Italian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
