About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the preparation of Budget and Forecast processes for the assigned perimeter
  • Perform monthly closing activities and ensure accurate reporting of financial results
  • Analyze business performance versus budget and prior year, identifying key drivers and variances
  • Prepare clear and insightful financial reporting to support management decision-making
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Trade teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of controlling tools, processes, and reporting systems
  • Report directly to the Finance Senior Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field
  • At least 4/5 years of experience in Controlling or similar finance roles
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
  • Required availability for frequent weekly travel across the Italian territory
  • Fluent English required
