About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze UHU’s performance, the market, and its competitors
  • Conduct competitive and promotional monitoring
  • Identify key insights and formulate recommendations
  • Support the Category Manager and sales teams in preparing for meetings with retail chains
  • Prepare the analyses and materials required for sales presentations and innovation reviews
  • Track the implementation of actions agreed with customers
  • Create and update tools for the sales force, including assortment plans, sales arguments, and commercial materials
  • Consolidate and analyze information provided by field teams
  • Share relevant information with the sales and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers, the sales force, the Marketing department, retail chains, customers, and selected external suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (fourth or fifth year of higher education)
  • Initial experience or exposure to mass retail or commerce is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with numerical data and interested in Category Management challenges
  • Good knowledge of key commercial indicators and retailer and consumer panels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good level of English
  • Rigorous and well organized
  • Able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Canva is a plus
