About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with finance stakeholders and business teams to identify, analyze and document financial process requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
- Support the full lifecycle of finance solutions, including planning, development coordination, implementation, maintenance and enhancements
- Ensure integration and interoperability between ERP systems, travel and expense management applications and financial consolidation platforms
- Support development, maintenance and governance of standardized global finance solution templates
- Identify opportunities to optimize functionality, improve system performance and enhance process efficiency
- Create and maintain solution documentation, functional designs, system configurations, operational procedures and user guidance materials
- Support preparation and delivery of end-user training
- Ensure financial solutions and related processes comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated professional experience working with enterprise finance solutions, including design, implementation, configuration, maintenance and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of finance-related business processes and ability to translate requirements into system functionality
- Proven experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions
- Practical experience with travel and expense management systems and their integration
- Experience with financial consolidation applications
- Ability to gather requirements, analyze functional needs, prepare specifications and contribute to solution architecture and implementation decisions
- Understanding of finance systems integration requirements
- Experience supporting enterprise applications through planning, development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Competence using financial software applications and supporting tools
- Ability to work with standardized global solution templates
- Capability to maintain functional documentation, configuration records and user guides while supporting end-user training
- Ability to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards and best practices
- Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Strong communication capabilities
- Professional English proficiency
- Adaptability to changing priorities and business requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or comparable finance solution certification is a nice-to-have
- Additional finance technology certifications are nice-to-haves
- English: upper-intermediate
