Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience or a strong foundation in software engineering — typically 5 years
  • Solid understanding of web scalability challenges and solutions
  • Willingness and ability to use AI coding tools
  • Ability to work independently on complex, less-defined problems and propose solutions
  • Experience mentoring peers and participating in architecture discussions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • 7+ years of software development experience or equivalent skills preferred
  • Strong JavaScript skills, especially with ReactJS preferred
  • Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET preferred
  • Experience with SQL Server preferred
  • Experience in political software, campaign technology, or election readiness preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, Redis, and ElasticSearch preferred
  • Experience with AWS cloud services preferred
  • Experience building or integrating AI/LLM-powered product features preferred
  • Experience with third-party API integrations preferred
