About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and improve the Amazon presence, including listings, A+ content, backend keywords, and PPC coordination via Seller Central.
  • Drive conversion and performance improvements on the own e-shop through UX audits, content updates, merchandising, and A/B testing.
  • Support day-to-day operations of partner-operated e-commerce environments such as Uber Eats and Bolt Food.
  • Run day-to-day operations of the own e-shop.
  • Execute and monitor performance marketing across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email.
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or equivalent tools.
  • Turn analytics insights into concrete actions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, account management, finance, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Contribute to product launches, go-to-market campaigns, and product portfolio discussions.
  • Ensure high-quality product presentation across all channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6 years of hands-on e-commerce experience in international DTC or marketplace businesses.
  • Working knowledge of at least one analytics platform (GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar); ability to pull your own data and build basic dashboards.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central (listing management, campaign setup, reporting) is a strong plus.
  • Experience running paid campaigns on at least one of: Amazon Ads, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
  • Experience with email marketing/CRM tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Execution-focused, independent operator who thrives with minimal hand-holding.
  • Understanding of back office operations related to e-commerce, including supply chain, inventory management, and procurement processes.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven.
  • Data-oriented and AI-qualified.
