About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the operations of selected clubs
- Support three Club Managers in managing their activities
- Ensure a high level of operational, financial, and people performance across the sites
- Monitor club performance and support managers in achieving their objectives
- Track key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure the smooth operation of the centers and compliance with PadelShot standards
- Develop and monitor action plans to improve profitability and operational quality
- Directly manage the managers of the three clubs and organize regular reviews of their activities
- Support managers with organization, priority management, and team leadership
- Challenge decisions and help resolve operational issues encountered on the ground
- Promote the sharing of best practices and the development of team capabilities
- Contribute to structuring the methods, tools, and processes of the Operations Department
- Ensure the proper implementation of group procedures and standards
- Facilitate the sharing of best practices between clubs
- Ensure smooth coordination between on-site operational priorities and head office teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in operations management and/or multi-site management
- Experience managing Club Managers or Site Managers
- Strong performance and profitability mindset
- Experience in sports, leisure, retail, or hospitality is a plus
- Knowledge of padel is an advantage
- Leadership skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on, field-oriented approach
- Autonomy and adaptability
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Immediate availability preferred
- Significant time spent in the field, with an average of two travel days per week
