About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive execution and transformation across the organization using SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Act as servant leader and chief coach for Agile Release Train planning and execution
  • Facilitate and execute Program Increment Planning
  • Manage program-level risks and resolve cross-team dependencies
  • Drive continuous flow and track PI commitments, pace, continuous improvement, and quality
  • Drive adoption of the Lean-Agile mindset through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and lifecycle management tools
  • Mentor team members, Product Managers, System Architects, and Scrum Masters
  • Lead multiple pillars end-to-end
  • Deliver SAFe training and workshops, including Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO and PM, SAFe RTE, and Value Stream Identification
  • Establish lean agile routines and practices for Agile at scale, integration and continuous development, DevSecOps, and delivery automation
  • Lead discussions with executive leads, team leads, and management
  • Support customer-focused engineering solutions and mission execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience with Systems Engineering or Software Development Life Cycle, enterprise Agile delivery tools, and managing multi-team Agile execution
  • Experience operating as an RTE or Lead Coach, facilitating PI Planning, tracking ART metrics, managing ROAM risk mitigation, and managing cross-team dependencies
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through an enterprise Agile transformation
  • Experience designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks using SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Ability to lead discussions with executives, system architects, product managers, and team leads
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or Master’s degree and 1+ years of experience
  • Ability to obtain an IAM Level I Certification, such as CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+, or HCISPP, within 30 days of hire
  • Agile Certification such as SAFe RTE, SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP, or PMP Certification
  • Experience supporting IC clients
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, and enterprise delivery dashboards
  • Knowledge of DoD Risk Management Framework
  • Ability to deliver documentation on time through the contract data requirements list approval process
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TS/SCI clearance is required
