Key responsibilities & impact

Craft design specifications, statements of work, requirements, scripts, and test cases
Design and execute test scripts, test plans, and procedures
Document expected and actual test results
Create and update automated test cases and scripts
Work with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins
Apply test methodologies and manage software release-cycle activities
Estimate and track testing effort
Generate and manage test data
Help transform Intelligence Community technology through cloud migration, advanced technology integration, and legacy-system modernization
Collaborate with colleagues and customers as required by the role

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience testing or developing software applications
Experience designing and executing test scripts, test plans, and procedures and documenting expected and actual results
Experience creating and updating automated test cases and scripts
Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins
Experience with test methodologies, software release cycle, test effort estimation, and tracking
Experience in Linux environments
Experience generating and managing test data
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
HS diploma or GED
Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date
Preferred: experience programming in Java
Preferred: experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress
Preferred: experience testing cloud-based architectures
Preferred: experience with Agile release methodology
Preferred: experience in backend testing, API testing, UI testing, and database queries
Preferred: experience with functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
Preferred: ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
Preferred: excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an IT field
