Set up and maintain Booz Allen contracts in the Costpoint accounting system in compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and requirements
Support multiple program tasks simultaneously and prioritize efforts to meet strict timelines and service levels
Reconcile contract modifications against Costpoint records
Participate in contract kick-off meetings
Collaborate with Contract Administrators, Project Control, and Program Managers to solve set-up challenges
Support external and internal audit teams by gathering documents
Perform administrative, processing, auditing, project analysis and reconciliation, and document-retention responsibilities

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in government contracts billing
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and schedules
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
HS diploma or GED
U.S. citizenship required
Experience using Deltek Costpoint billing module (nice to have)
Experience using VLOOKUP and PivotTable functions in Excel (nice to have)
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy (nice to have)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (nice to have)
Excellent problem-solving skills (nice to have)
